Meet the Founder

I’m Niall, founder of Balmer Recruitment Group, a headhunting boutique dedicated to connecting exceptional recruitment consultants and sales professionals with the most ambitious organisations in the education and EdTech space.

With over a decade in senior roles across education recruitment and EdTech, I’ve learned that lasting hires come down to one thing - alignment. When values, culture, and ambition line up, hires thrive.

I founded Balmer Recruitment Group in January 2025, just a few weeks after my son Sonny was born. It was a moment of clarity - a reminder that the best things we build take patience, purpose, and belief. That mindset shapes how I work today: long-term focus and genuine partnerships.
