MAT Partnerships Manager, North East & Yorkshire
Education Recruitment Manager, Birmingham

A market leading education recruitment business with a strong national presence, known for long-standing school partnerships, high-performing teams and clear career progression is looking to appoint a Senior Manager or Director for their well established Birmingham office. This organisation are looking to appoint an experienced manager or Director, capable of training, coaching and mentoring an already experienced team, manage all education verticals (Primary, Secondary & SEND) across West Midlands and whilst also leading from the front as an individual contributor.


What’s on offer:

  • £65,000 - £90,000 basic

  • An achievable package of £150,000 factoring in bonus and commission

Key Responsibilities

We’re supporting a fast-growing UK technology business looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their expanding commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales or account management career who loves building relationships, driving revenue, and supporting customers with market-leading digital solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of existing customers across the UK

  • Driving revenue through upsell, cross-sell and proactive outbound activity
