MAT Partnerships Manager, North East & Yorkshire
Education Recruitment Manager, Birmingham
A market leading education recruitment business with a strong national presence, known for long-standing school partnerships, high-performing teams and clear career progression is looking to appoint a Senior Manager or Director for their well established Birmingham office. This organisation are looking to appoint an experienced manager or Director, capable of training, coaching and mentoring an already experienced team, manage all education verticals (Primary, Secondary & SEND) across West Midlands and whilst also leading from the front as an individual contributor.
What’s on offer:
£65,000 - £90,000 basic
An achievable package of £150,000 factoring in bonus and commission
Inherit a well established desk doing circa £7,500 per week

This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience in education, EdTech, or recruitment who enjoys presenting, networking, and driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Win new school partnerships through proactive outreach and tech-led demonstrations
Re-engage lapsed school accounts to increase bookings and revenue
Deliver high-quality online and in-person meetings to secure new business
Promote the full suite of services, including a new digital platform
Manage contract negotiations and partnership agreements
Track performance across demos, conversions, and booked days
Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
About You
Strong track record in B2B sales (education, EdTech or recruitment ideal)
Confident delivering product demos and presenting to school leaders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Tech-savvy, proactive, and target-driven
Experience growing school partnerships or similar accounts

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of existing customers across the UK
Driving revenue through upsell, cross-sell and proactive outbound activity
Becoming the main point of contact for your accounts

Analysing account data to identify growth opportunities
Managing pipeline, forecasting and achieving monthly targets

What We’re Looking For
