A leading UK education tech company is looking to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across Multi-Academy Trusts, LEAs, and school groups.

This fast-growing SaaS platform helps education leaders streamline recruitment, manage supply staff and agencies, support compliance and safeguarding, and deliver real-time, actionable data, whilst saving time, reducing risk, and improving outcomes.

About You:

  • Experienced in building relationships with C-suite, SLT, HR, and finance leaders in MATs or Local Authorities

  • Proven track record driving sales and growth in the education sector

  • Knowledgeable in education recruitment, compliance, and sector-specific challenges

  • Consultative approach with a clear understanding of how technology supports schools

The Role:

  • Report directly to the CEO

  • Six-figure+ OTE, with equity/options potential

  • Mentorship and coaching directly with the CEO

  • Clear progression to C-Suite
